ECI Partners (mid-market PE house) acquired two sister brands in the escorted seniors travel market. The mainstream brand was not fit for purpose with no clear positioning and danger of cannibalisation to the premium brand in the portfolio.
RESPONSE
Consumer insight with consumer audiences and intermediaries to determine new positioning; quantification of future size of prize with new positioning; and development of new name, rebrand and implementation guidelines.
